Delivery Time
We normally process and dispatch your order within 48 hours after your purchase has been completed.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom is approximately 5–10 business days.
Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include our processing time.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our products may be dispatched from international warehouses, including warehouses in Asia and the United States, depending on product availability and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
In some cases, tracking information may take 1–3 business days to begin updating.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels
Sentiro cannot be held responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Please check your address carefully before completing your order.
If the delivery problem is caused by an error on our side, we will take responsibility and help resolve the issue without additional cost to you.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders may be shipped internationally.
Depending on the destination, shipment value and applicable import rules, customs duties, VAT or other charges may apply.
Where these charges are included or prepaid through the shipping method used, the customer will normally not need to make an additional payment on delivery.
Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected or accepted and is subsequently returned, additional shipping costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

For logistical reasons, products included in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels.
